My husband's Ford Taurus was barely hanging on. He has never had a new vehicle because he has always made sure I drove the best car. We wanted to find one at a great price. We started our search online and searched several dealers and auto websites. God reminded me that my husband had previously purchased a Ford from Paul Cerame and the service was outstanding so we searched the website. We saw a 2012 White Pearl Ford Explorer and the price was the lowest price we had seen. We decided we wanted to test drive the vehicle. I used their online site to email the dealership to see if we could test drive the car Sunday. Doug Clever called my husband and told him they were closed on Sunday but if he was really interested in the suv, he would meet him at the dealership and allow him to test drive the car. We got their about 20 minutes early. Doug was there and the car was already in front ready to go. Doug offered us the price we saw online and allow us the opportunity to determine if we would proceed with the sale. Doug was so courteous and he didn't put any pressure on us to buy. He was great throughout the entire process. Paul Cerame Ford business manager was just as kind. We received a wonderful rate, our payment with the warranties ended up being exactly where we want it to be along with the due date. My husband received his first brand new car since we have been married and he couldn't be happier. At 6'3, it's a perfect fit for such a wonderful man. I saw a car on the internet and called them. The internet department quoted me a price on the vehicle and then we set up an appointment to look at the car. Tom, the internet guy referred me to Mike internet department quoted me a price on the vehicle and then we set up an appointment to look at the car. Tom, the internet guy referred me to Mike, the sales manager and when my wife and I showed up to look at the vehicle, Mike referred me to Chuck Lawless. The car was ready and pulled up outside of the showroom and ready for a test drive. It was exactly what we wanted AND at a great price. After driving it, we came back, and closed on the car. It took around 30 minutes, and was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. They were great, and I didn't have to argue or dicker with them, and they were not pushy or high pressure. I can't say anything bad about this deal. Great car, great price, great salespeople! More

I owned a 1992 ford Ranger. I hated it and swore off Ford forever. Well after a recent in depth inquiry of trucks that will tow my camper I came back to ford. I recently purchased and have owned my 2012 F 250 Diesel crew cab 4x4 for about 2 weeks now and I have to say my experience so far with this dealer has been great. I love my new truck. I had a rear view camera added and the dealer (at no cost to me) gave me a loaner car for 2 days to get it installed after market at a local installer. You don't get that kind of service very often any more. I wanted to buy a camper shell for the bed of my truck and they suggested truck outfitters on Lindbergh. I went there and got a good deal on my camper shell and mud flaps. There is more to learn about maintaining a diesel engine, but if you need power for towing. Let me tell you.......This this is a beast. Oh and my diesel truck is averaging 19.5 miles per gallon on a mixture of highway and city driving. The gas engines in the 2500 and 250 averages 11 on the highway. So it is well worth $.50 a gallon for diesel to get almost double the gas mileage. I LOVE THIS TRUCK More

He was extremely thorough with training me on the dashboard and how to make the changes according to my preferences and even set up my blue tooth. He made sure my Sync account was set up and even reviewed that website with me. Once again EXCELLENT I had a pre-approved loan through my credit union, but their finance manager Bob Tierney felt he could get me even a better rate and asked if it was ok for him to search for a better rate. I of course said YES! He was able to beat the rate that i had which will save me several hundreds of dollars. After purchasing my new 2012 Explorer Limited, the New Sales Manager and the president Bob Cerame came out and thanked me for my business. I've purchased 6 new vehicles so far in my lifetime and this is the first time that i received the "rock star" experience. After driving off the lot, i immediately called my friends to tell them what an enjoyable experience i had. If there was a rating higher than 5, i would give that! More
