Bought a used car I recently purchased a used car from Paul Cerame KIA. My sales person was Chuck Lawless and he was assited by Vickie. I called earlier in the day to I recently purchased a used car from Paul Cerame KIA. My sales person was Chuck Lawless and he was assited by Vickie. I called earlier in the day to arrange a time for me to see the car later that day. Chuck had the car ready for me as soon as I arrived. I was provided with the keys and was permitted to test drive the car on my own. I had no intentions of purchasing a car that evening, but I was impressed by the vehicle and with Chuck's willingness to work with me on a price that would fit with my budget. There was absolutely no back and forth hassling over price. The entire process went very smoothly and I left with my 'new' used car within 2 hours of my arrival. A big thank you to Bob Tierney for his efficient manner in handling the financing. More

Great Experience I went in to look at a used car. The used car salesman was out and Ken gladly helped me. He was very patient while we looked at a couple of cars and I went in to look at a used car. He was upfront with the prior use reports and there was never any pressure. Not at Paul Cerame. The experience there was very pleasant. My sales lady was Vicky Wallace. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride. She never tried to sale me something that I didn't want or push me to pay more than I can handle. Vicky and her co-workers are an excellent team.
