He even topped off all the fluids in my vehicle himself - in the rain (the service dept. missed a fluid light) to make sure I didn't have to keep waiting. He went above the norm to make my visit(s) good (had to return for a few issues and second key fob). Picked out my new car on the Cerame web site. Stopped by to tell Doug which one I was going to buy and let them copy my drivers license / insurance card, and tell them what time I wanted to pick it up the n to tell Doug which one I was going to buy and let them copy my drivers license / insurance card, and tell them what time I wanted to pick it up the next day. 24 hours later - in and out of the dealer in under an hour including finance agreement and a My Ford Sync tutorial connecting my cell phone and all the basic operating features.
