I had a great buying experience! After looking at other dealers i was referred to Chris by a coworker who bought his truck from him and said what a great experience he had. I live in Michigan but had to come back home to STL and wanted to purchase the 2013 Ford taurus SHO. Vicky was my sales person and I was reffered to her by a good friend who works for KIA Mike Burris. Vick wanted to purchase the 2013 Ford taurus SHO. I know that at times I was being very specific and can be somewhat extra needy but they never showed any signs of me wearing them down. I've been planning he purchase of this vehicle for about a month and the day came and it was flawless. I was met by Mike who escorted my wife and I to Vicky. She SHO'd (LOL) me the car and WOW! She went over a few features then set up my account for me. Bob the finance guy was even cool and patient and went over the numbers (as I am a numbers person). Coffee/water what ever I wanted they were there. After signing off on the car Vicky continued to walk through features and benefits of the car. She and Mike even continued to check in with me during my visit in STL to make sure I wasn't having any problems and to give me updates on the support network web-site services. I was in and out of the dealership without feeling pressured, but well taken care of and satisfied. Tony showed me how to work everything in my vehicle, transferred my plates over, and even told me to give him a call if I ever had any issues, even if it was on a Sunday and he was off.
