I've had several experiences in the past where I wasn't happy with the car I bought. I spoke to the Manager at Cerame Ford, Brett Bales and he introduced me to Tony Lee. My husband and I were origin wasn't happy with the car I bought. I spoke to the Manager at Cerame Ford, Brett Bales and he introduced me to Tony Lee. My husband and I were originally interested in the Taurus SHO. Tony started out giving us three cars to test drive. We drove the SHO as well as a Ford Fusion, and Ford Focus. Tony then carefully explained the pricing on each car we were interested in. I felt like I was able to make a educated decision. I told him what my budget was and I felt like he didn't push me over that. I had several needs and he was able to meet all those for me. We ended up getting a Black Ford Fusion with leather seats and more bells and whistles then I expected. Tony was very professional and I never felt rushed or pushed. We love our new car.
