Very positive buying experience From the moment I arrived, to when I drove my new car off the lot, my wife and I had a very positive, pleasant experience with our sales rep, Tony Lee From the moment I arrived, to when I drove my new car off the lot, my wife and I had a very positive, pleasant experience with our sales rep, Tony Lee, and finance manager Bob Tierney. They had the exact vehicle I came for, and we paid exactly what they quoted we would pay, with no surprises, no fees, etc. The car was very well prepped and ready to go for a test drive, and Tony was readily available to accomodate us on our time schedule. Bob completed the paperwork part which was very fast, and easy, which is usually the most time consuming part of buying a car. We would recommend Paul Cerame Ford, and Tony Lee to anyone in the market for a new Ford or used vehicle. (and Mr. Tierney of course for the closing paperwork!). My only suggestion would be to introduce the customer to the service department, tell them how to set up a service visit, and even show when the next scheduled maintenance would be. Absolutely Pleasant Experience I went in to Paul Cerame with an uncertain outlook as to my new car prospects. With a poor credit history and only a modest down payment available to I went in to Paul Cerame with an uncertain outlook as to my new car prospects. With a poor credit history and only a modest down payment available to me, I did not expect too much. I had, initially, figured myself to only be able to afford a used vehicle in the lowest possible tiers of financing. Instead, I walked out of there today (05/20/2014) with a brand spanking new Ford Focus hatchback and I couldn't be more excited to be a car owner once again. Every one I dealt with was sincere about trying to get me into the car of my choice at a price I could afford, no one was pushy or tried to get me into something far outside of my price range. I especially enjoyed the hard work of Mr. Doug Clever, my direct sales point person, as he worked with me, within my schedule, to get things done right. It may have taken a few days longer than I expected walking in, but that's simply due to my own ignorance of the new car buying experience. He went out of his way to understand my needs and to find just the right Escape for me that was a match for what I was looking for. The vehicle had to be sourced from another dealer which went smoothly and timely. In just a few days I was scheduled for pickup and closing on my new purchase. The day of pickup and closing I had an appointment to meet with Chris and he was waiting for me at exactly the appointed time. He walked me through all of the vehicles features and answered all of my questions. There's a lot to cover with the new electronics on the Escape and Chris was patient and thorough. He told me about an ongoing new owners class that meets at Cerames to answer any questions regarding the vehicles electronics communications package. I think this is a great idea and a real value add for Cerame customer's. This was my 5th purchase from Cerame's, 4 new vehicle's and one pre-owned. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
