Best Car Buying Expeience EVER!!! I purchased a Mustang for my husband's 50th birthday and this was the BEST car buying experience ever! I dealt with Doug Clever over email and via ph I purchased a Mustang for my husband's 50th birthday and this was the BEST car buying experience ever! I dealt with Doug Clever over email and via phone a couple of times, he didn't try to pressure me into coming into the showroom, I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I am a USAA member and Doug was able to match the USAA TruCar quote of another dealership who I didn't have a good experience with, we were in and out in 30 minutes or less. great customer service My wife's 2014 E250 van would not shift out of park. Her van is a conversion van to make it handicap accessible, and some of the handicap accessories can cause this problem. We spent some time on the phone with the conversion company trying to do some diagnosis, and they concluded it was the van's fault. We called Ford and had the van towed to Paul Cerame's. I anticipated that dealer would blame the conversion company, and the conversion company would blame Ford, so I really wasn't looking forward to this whole process. After having the van towed, we got two calls from Paul Ceramie. The first call they said it looked like it was one of the conversions causing the problem, and I thought here we go. We put them in touch with the conversion company. The second call was to say that they had worked the problem out, and the van was ready, no charge! This was a complicated situation and they handled it very well in my opinion, we didn't have to lift a finger. They spent a lot of time on the phone with the conversion company, with no intervention from us, and I know one point the conversion company directed Paul Cerame to another company to find the solution to the problem. This was all handled without a problem. In the end they split the bill with the conversion van company, even though it sounds like it was the conversions problem. I should point out that we are from out of town, so they are not likely to get repeat business from us. We chose them over another dealer in the area because the other dealer had negative reviews for the customer service manager. In a case like this you want a great customer service manager, and I think we got one. More

I felt that he really did want us to get the best price, especially since this was the first car purchase for our son who was beginning his first full-time job. Tony also immediately responded when we had a finance question about a month after the purchase. I would definitely go back to Cerame, especially if I could work with Tony again. More
