I was headed out of town on a trip and he gave me his card for me to contact him if I become interested in another vehicle. After careful consideration, when I returned home from my trip, I decided to see what Frances could do. He was attentive to my wants and very patient with all my pet peeves. He made it happen and I left with the type of car I originally wanted three years ago. I am ecstatic. Showed us several different cars, was professional, thorough, honest, far from the stereo-typical salesman. There is absolutely no pressure , no silly back and forth negotiating, just great pricing. We ended up buying a used car (thought we were going to buy new), after Chuck showed us a very low mileage Focus Hatchback which was absolutely perfect, and a much better value in the long run (much better equipped than the new Focus we were thinking about buying).
