Once I found the Expedition, Chuck responded to my request for information in a timely manner. And when he was on vacation, Doug stepped up and helped complete the transaction. I have to mention that I live 250 miles from the dealership and have not met either of these gentleman. However, I would highly recommend them as your salesman.
