Still waiting for permanent license plates after 2 days Called the dealership 3 times to find out about my permanent license plates, each time they said they would call me right back this was 3 hours ago & Called the dealership 3 times to find out about my permanent license plates, each time they said they would call me right back this was 3 hours ago & still haven't heard from them. Called Mary first, no return call... called Jim after 30 minutes of waiting.... no return call. Called again after 45 minutes & he wasn't available. Person answering the phone said she would let him know I called again. Three hours later, no phone call. The sale was easy but they don't seem to complete the process!! Finally got a call that my plates were ready, a courtesy call that they were working on getting the plates would have been appreciated!! They were all very friendly during the 'sale' but need to follow through with the WHOLE process. More
