The GM, Jim was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating! He made the entire car buying experience easy and quick from a distance as we have 3 young kids and live over 1 hour away. He and his team were able to get us a very respectable interest rate in today’s economy and helped us through the process. In the end we were able to make the deal and walk away with the vehicle we had been searching for. All in all we are very happy with the service we received from Jim and his finance team. Recommend anyone to give them a chance! More

Brandi did a great job of working with us for trade-in and car deal. Very personable, and very helpful. She was fun to deal with. We like the car we got from Paul Brown, too. So far, so good. A tiny star in the windshield that was hard to see. It was there when we bought it, we caught no pebbles on the ride home from the dealer. Lack of floor mats escaped our notice, too. But, that being said, we like our new ride. One minor complaint. The finance man was in a great hurry. Rushed us through signatures with minimal to no explanation and when we did ask, he was pretty curt and pretty obviously in a hurry. Maybe it was quitting time, I don't know, but I signed a lot of stuff quick and it felt kind of sketchy. Whether it was or not remains to be seen, but he sure wasn't interested in spending time lining stuff out and explaining to people who don't deal with car purchases every day. All in all, we are happy, so far, with the transaction. We highly recommend working with Brandi. More

I have bought a couple of cars from them. After my 1st car I was a bit skeptical. The detailing job was not great and asked for a redo. When I did and they redid it I went to Walmart and noticed a noise on the right side front tire. I looked and found one lug nut missing! I feel that the guy who detailed my car the 1st time was angry and removed one. I took it back and of course they wanted to take the pressure off of the dealer and blamed it on my ex. He couldn't of done it! He didn't even know I was buying a car! (We were in court at the time and I shared this information, I knew the woman who sold me the car). I brushed it off. 3 years later I upgraded my car back in April 2022 and went with the same woman who I knew. She pretended to be my bestie through the entire process. Promised the world. Dealership was ordering me a mat for the back of my car for free! A month went by, no mat. I kept hearing that the order was on back order. Kept following up, still same excuse. It is now Sept, no mat and even promised a gas card. At this point I was like ok im done. The woman clearly was just being nice to make me happy until the paperwork was signed. I have even recommended family and friends. Nahh, I am done. Just because you know a person doesn't mean you will get the best service even after the paperwork is signed. Disappointed in humanity and dealerships. More

We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude! Jeremy was very knowledgeable and very patient with us as he showed us the ins and outs of the Jeep! Shopping at PBM was such a pleasant experience. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received, from the salesman to the finance department. Staff were extremely friendly, very helpful, and n I couldn't be more happy with the service I received, from the salesman to the finance department. Staff were extremely friendly, very helpful, and not pushy. The whole buying process took roughly 15-20 minutes with no hassles. If you prefer high quality service, I would highly recommended purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! They have many cars, suvs, and trucks to choose from at a reasonable price. More
