After visiting the professional website, I was almost immediately contacted by phone and given excellent assistance. Then I arrived at the dealer and was directed to Kenny Armstrong. I am lucky that I had Kenny to help me in the process. Kenny spent hours with me one afternoon while I drove a variety of vehicles, his patience was appreciated and his knowledge was very useful as I made this important decision. I thought I wanted a Honda CR-V, and the ability to drive multiple cars (even the same one a couple of times)gave me the opportunity to truly pick the car I was looking for. After doing more online research, I then returned and purchased my dream car. The price was excellent compared to other local dealers, I did not feel rushed or pressured, the finance process was relatively painless (Rob was fantastic), and I drove away very happy. More

sales fine / service the worse ever Bought a used for pick up truck FEB 2015, March 2015 truck wouldn't start. They towed truck to their shop. They said high pressure fuel pump. They sai Bought a used for pick up truck FEB 2015, March 2015 truck wouldn't start. They towed truck to their shop. They said high pressure fuel pump. They said it did not work. They had it towed to For dealer in olean, they changed the low pressure fuel pump on the frame rail and the problem was solved. They towed the truck back to chevy. This all took up the month of march I didn't have the truck. This year my truck stalled out on the road. Had no idea what the problem was. Had it towed to ss diesel in Chaffee , NY. they went though pressure testing on fuel system. I told them all the work that was done to it in the past. Well they told me who ever did the job did not know what they was doing... Because the system had metal fillings in it. Only cause is from high pressure fuel pump failure. the system was not properly flushed. The valve covers where never pulled needed to in order to get to the fuel rail. it cost me $4,295.44 plus towing. They told me problem 100% caused by not flushing th fuel system properly. I went to dealer to see what they could do for me and gave me a total run around and told me their guys did the job properly, also told me i should have taken the truck back to them. well one thing i didn't know what the problem was plus last time they worked on the truck they had it for a month and now I know they didn't do the job correct . I called them several times to try to get help and no help. I stopped it to talk to them one last time and same response. I also have been trying to get a hold of the chevy zone manager and got no returned calls. I am going to go talk to BBB and news power when I get this finished. More
