An overall unpleasant experience Unfortunately not a pleasant experience for me. The original sales person I dealt with (Jorge) was very personable and friendly, as well as helpful. U Unfortunately not a pleasant experience for me. The original sales person I dealt with (Jorge) was very personable and friendly, as well as helpful. Unfortunately several colleagues were unprofessional, belittling and overall somewhat patronizing. Needless to say I left without purchasing a vehicle and took my business elsewhere. More
Won't be back. Originally the guy seems nice, I explained everything that we were looking for and what we wanted and could afford, they show us a vehicle knowing it Originally the guy seems nice, I explained everything that we were looking for and what we wanted and could afford, they show us a vehicle knowing it was out of our price range. I was very specific on what we can afford and it's frustrating to sit and wait with your two children for 5 hours for nothing. I won't be back. The finance guy was extremely rude. More

The WORST experience of my life I am only okay giving Paul Blanco's a one star rating because of the salesman we talked to in the beginning of the experience, Kevin Bailey. And becau I am only okay giving Paul Blanco's a one star rating because of the salesman we talked to in the beginning of the experience, Kevin Bailey. And because we have to. Kevin was awesome, sweet and attentive. My fiancee and I went to Paul Blanco's with a very clear idea of what we wanted. We had a down payment of $2000 and had already been pre-approved for roughly $250 monthly payments on a used car. But it was too good to be true. We test drove the car we were interested in and loved it. Everything was going great. And then Kevin informed us that an agent from Corporate will be closing the deal. This is where the literal nightmare began. This man did not introduce himself to us and he did not ask for our names. The only form of introduction we got was him asking who the buyer was. Other than that he only referred to himself as, "Mr. Blanco". He sat down and let me tell you what this man looked like because he made me so uncomfortable I thought it was a joke. He was wearing a button up t-shirt that was unbuttoned to the point where I could see his chest hair. He was wearing a gold chain (yes for real) with a gold bulldog on it. His hair was slicked back and he was talking to us like we were stupid. He started explaining pricing to us to which my fiancee was giving answers like, "good" and "great". We were both taken aback and she was just trying to be polite and wait for her turn to talk. Spoiler alert that never came. When he was done he smiled and said, "Wow you're easy." It was slimy and gross and we were both very offended and disgusted. However we did not get a chance to react because immediately he moved on. He was trying to sell us this bogus warranty that we did not want. At all. He spoke so fast that we were unable to ask questions. When I did get to ask a question he did not answer me or give me any reassurance. He said that he warranty covered the car if it broke down. He was trying to sell us this bogus warranty that we did not want. At all. He spoke so fast that we were unable to ask questions. When I did get to ask a question he did not answer me or give me any reassurance. He said that he warranty covered the car if it broke down. The car we were looking into was a used 2015 Nissan Altima. I asked why the car would be expected to break down within the first year (the warranty was only for a year) if it was such a new car. He told me, "Well you just never know." He then added how the warranty would cover things like the headlights going out. At this point I was irritated that he kept trying to sell us this warranty even though we did not want it. When he mentioned the head lights, I spoke up and pointed out that replacing headlights is like $26 or $30 AND that they should not be going out within the first year! To which he said that yes that's true but we wouldn't pay that out of pocket. FORGETTING that the $2000 warranty he was trying to sell us is OUT OF POCKET! I went to say something else and I don't remember the words verbatim but he told me that I needed to stop talking because he only wanted the talk to the "buyer" and if I did not stop talking the deal was over. My fiancee's name was going to be the only name on the car but this was a joint decision and I have NEVER been talked down to so harshly by someone who is supposed to be helping me. To avoid making a scene I stopped talking. So he keeps talking for about 5 minutes at this point my fiancee and I both stopped listening because it was about some $900 GAP insurance that we didn't want. But obviously he didn't care about that. After he was done my fiancee politely told him she was not interested in the GAP insurance OR the warranty. He then LECTURED her telling her that with her credit she wouldn't get a better deal. This is where he verbally abused my fiancee about her credit and knowledge of car shopping. He told her that if she went anywhere else and told them she first went to Paul Blanco's no one would help her because "If he can't no one can." That no one would want to help her. We felt small, we felt humiliated, and we could not get out of this place quick enough. By the way we were there for THREE hours. This "deal" he proposed was this: She would pay $2000 for a down payment, he would loan her $1000 to make it a $3000 down payment and her monthly payments would be over $500.The loan he mentioned also needed to be paid back within 30 days. This USED car was roughly $15,000 we were getting quoted for over $20,000, obviously this was not within budget. In short DO NOT GO TO PAUL BLANCOS. Kevin was great but he was not enough to save Paul Blanco's. We do not want to support a company with people in leadership positions such as "Mr. Blanco". We went to Carmax and got a 2015 used car with a $2000 down payment, NO bogus warranty, and affordable monthly payments. By the way we test drove two cars and got out of there within an hour and 30 minutes. That was a GREAT experience. More
