RIP off… II took my 2017 crv with all lights in dash on, was told car just needed to be updated $600 later my car did not make it15 miles and all lights back on . Sales department 5 stars but the service department is horrible! The service department denies all claims when you have a warranty. I’ve taken my van up there for so many things, just to get denied for an horrible! The service department denies all claims when you have a warranty. I’ve taken my van up there for so many things, just to get denied for any services. Their answer is always, “I drove it around and I didn’t notice anything” or “your warranty doesn’t cover that” or “we didn’t find anything”. They will only honor recalls and simple maintenance. Also, the service guy Fred is unprofessional and lies through his teeth. I have never been to a dealership where the salesman seem honest and the service department are liars. I advise you to try another Honda dealership for service if you don’t want the run around! More
