We came about a year ago and purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot. Because we were not able to get the truck we initially wanted, Robert gave us financial advise and prompted us to pay our truck note on time f Pilot. He explained the different parts of the car of the car and what everything was. Mr. Thompson was very friendly while I sat and waited for my information to process he made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know and it helped. He helped me to understand why the price was what it was and he helped me with a price that I could work with and is able to pay my notes. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and that I knew what was going on. I wasn’t unsure about anything because anything I was unsure about all I had to do was ask him and he would make sure that I fully understood it. This dealer has an excellent staff and web site. I'm 64 years old and have shopped many times for an auto. I consider this purchase to have been the easiest, most pleasant, car buying experience I have eve years old and have shopped many times for an auto. I drove almost two hundred miles to do business with these people and it was wel worth the trip. I will definitley consider shopping here for my next vehicle. Being able to view the inventory and contact someone who can answer my questions and give me a price quote over the internet makes shopping easier and less time consuming. Knowing the price took the guess work out of budgeting for a vehicle. I wouldn't travel to a dealersip if I didn't have a clear understanding of the cost. The finance department answered all the questions I had and explained every item in detail and insured I fully understood everything we signed. More
