Great Experience! We have been looking for a car for our daughter to take to college. I searched on the internet for weeks, as well as visited local dealerships. I entered my contact information to learn more about the car, and immediately received a response from Roderick. He even sent me a video within 15 minutes of himself showing me the car! We set up a time for a test drive. I was even more impressed when I arrived and they were expecting us. Jason answered our questions, took us on a test drive, and helped us so much! We never felt pressured or that we were being tricked. We were always at ease. He showed us options and discussed pricing. The financing department worked with us to keep our monthly payments within our budget, we received a guarantee that made us feel safe for our daughter, and she absolutely loves her new car.This is the best customer service I have ever encountered.
