I submitted an inquiry & within a very short time I received a response from Alison Reggie, Honda Sales Person. Alison answered all of my questions fully & went over & above. I was first interested in one trim & Alison sent me a video. I then asked about another trim & Alison sent me another video. When I arrived at the dealership I was not prepared to trade at that time.
