While I was out of town circumstances required my wife’s car to be replaced. When my wife called their and explained the problem, The Service Department immediately sent a tow truck to retrieve both the old car and my wife. Once Kristie was aware of my wife’s needs for a replacement she immediately started assisting her in finding the right car. Once that stage was reached, She was always available for my telephone negotiations on price, extended warranty desires and any questions I had. Once everything was settled, she overnighted all necessary paperwork. It’s great to know that there is such an organization and their people are willing to go the extra distance to assist you in such a great way. I am especially grateful that despite me being out of town, there is a company willing to help my wife in a time of need. More

When my husband and I arrived unexpectedly at the dealership , Paul stepped right in and handled our search with top notch knowledge and professionalism. The business manager, Kyra, was the best. She helped us find the financing option that was the best fit for our family’s budget. The only disappointment was the finish of the car. They could have done a better job in their presentation of the car to me. There were still elements of a poor job in cleaning the vehicle to my liking. The interior has an odd, but, not unlivable smell. I will get the car professionally cleaned but I shouldn’t have to. Would I do business with Patty Peck again, absolutely.
