I was approved for auto loan through my dealership for 1/2 the interest rate Petty Pack wanted to offer me. Then they would not work with my credit union for me to purchase the vehicle without proof of th 1/2 the interest rate Petty Pack wanted to offer me. My loan officer was willing to give them a letter head for proof of approval and a copy of the check when the loan was done. Petty Pack said they would not sell me the car without proof I was getting a lower rate than what they offered me. I’ve work in financing for 5 years and I have never felt more disrespected. More

RIP off… II took my 2017 crv with all lights in dash on, was told car just needed to be updated $600 later my car did not make it15 miles and all lights back on .
