HORRIBLE!!!! Horrible experience! I contacted Patterson RV because my local Winnebego approved dealers were booked. I gave all required information and took the re Horrible experience! I contacted Patterson RV because my local Winnebego approved dealers were booked. I gave all required information and took the requested pictures of the items needing repair prior to my arrival which was 2 hours away. Once I arrived they of course had no recollection of the conversation. They inspected my RV, apologized for the misunderstanding and reassured me that they would expediently send the information to Winnebego warranty for approval of the repair. After one month of nearly daily calls I was told they never sent the information which was reiterated by the service manager Rodney. Rodney never offered to rectify the situation. Approximately another 3 weeks passed and the Propane regulator on the RV was nonfunctional. Winnebego convinced me to obtain another appointment at Patterson RV. Winnebego, myself and Christy from Patterson RV were on conference call and Christy assured myself and Winnebego that she would expedite my appointment for service as Winnebego had approved the repair. After another 3 weeks of calling daily, Christy informed me that she never promised me that during the conference call and stated I had to make an appointment 6 weeks later! I again contacted Winnebego who indicated that it was documented that Christy previously reassured us that my service appointment would be expedited and I was informed that Winnebego paid Patterson RV for the job. Winnebego then expedited my service appointment with McClains RV for the propane tank and I have receive excellent service with them. I will NEVER contact Patterson RV for any services and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone! More
