These people ripped me off. My mechanic said there was nothing wrong with fuel pump. I told Cole that I didn’t want to fix it if there was going to be anything else wrong with it. He assured me it was the pump and that the vehicle would run and wasn’t any other problems. I specifically asked him if it was the computer or relay switch. He insisted it wasn’t and denied there was an auto shutdown code. Guess what, it wasn’t the pump. My mechanic was right. If your disabled or a single woman, these people will lie, deceive, trick and rip you off. I’m going to have to hire a lawyer and pursue DTPA claims More

Sue was fantastic start to finish, she had my car done in less time than estimated and kept me updated the entire time it was in for a few days. Talking with her was like talking with a friend. The customer service experience I had the other day is EXACTLY how it should be every time. I was greeted promptly by a courteous gentleman who asked how he could help, and once he heard why I was there ( EXACTLY how it should be every time. Cole confirmed that the problem was my battery, and in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES had a new battery installed. My wife and I couldn't believe it.
