They were unable to help at all they had my car several days just to say it was not!! repairable at all !!!because the parts are no longer made !!! I understand this but they were not trying to help me at all! Then they attempted to charge me 149.00 to pick up the car as a diagnostic fee !! Mind you the car does not run at all ! The best the service manager offered was 100$$ just to look at the car and say they wont fix it !No one ever told me how much it was to look at the car either( this information should have been clearly stated up front )... they are crooks In the worst way .I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them....I also tried asking about buying a car there since my car was unfixable!! they said I would not qualify at all for any vehicle! How sad they couldn't fix my car and they wouldn't do business to sell me a another car either !! I've already told several people to avoid this place the only saving grace is their tech James he was nice...but still a truly bad experience!!!
