Not only did we fi ...visit Patsy Lou first. After visiting numerous dealerships in the area we decided to travel across town to Patsy Lou's mega lot. Not only did we find the car we wanted but they met our price and terms. The other dealerships didn't seem interested in our business after hearing we were paying cash instead of financing. If I had any negative thing to say it would be that the finalization of the sale took a long time. We were left waiting for 20 minutes in Anthony's office. Then Mark walked in and wasted 10 more minutes talking sports before trying to sell us a 6 year service plan for an additional $2000.00. We were then left waiting an additional 30 minutes before Mark came back in with the final paperwork. To be honest we were contemplating leaving without buying. At one point my husband got up and walked to our car because he was getting frustrated. They need a customer lounge. Maybe complimentary coffee, donuts, cookies or SOMETHING to offer their customers while doing their paperwork prep. I can not believe we are the only ones who got antsy during this point of the sale. We were never told we would be waiting and there was never an apology for it. It was almost a deal breaker. On the plus side, Patsy Lou gave us free car washes for life and complimentary tire rotations and oil changes for 2 years. Anthony was great and very personable but we found Mark's personality overbearing and annoying. More
