BAD SERVICE Every time they touched my car they scratched it inside and out,car wash, oil change even my new tinted window and i had a brand new window. I went in for an oil change and i told them not to bother washing my car they washed it any way and scratched my tinted window again i recently paid to get did and the inside with some type of sharp tool.I called up their i talked to Michael i told him about what happen he said they changed allot of people. so then i asked can you watch the people that are working on your car he said no one is allowed in service area while they work. any way they never fixed my scratches the head person gave me some car wash bottle kit they did send me to Merrillville glass and TRIM TO FIX THE TINT THE SECOND TIME IT WAS SCRATCHED and they just made a mess i had bubbles all in my Tint so i went back and paid my original people to replace it they did not believe all the trouble i went through went BERMAN INFINITI!!! More

Service maneger I was getting a little sqeeqing noise from my brakes that does not happen all the time took it in to bermans infiniti in merrilliville in. To have checked out first of all the manager I believe his name is erik he is good he able ti complete a question before I even ask the question. They checked my brake and told me I did not need pads how ever I was uold that my brakes needed to be taken apart an cleaned and that would cost me $250.00 they also said they test drove the car and heard the loud noise I guess they test drove someone else's car because my car is not running loud and the sqeece is every now and then actually I didn't hear it all the way to the dealer or all the way back home. I called Jay Chang on Thursday after I return home because I was not happy with the service I received he said he would have someone to call me that was two days ago. Replaced a tire 1/29/2016 Purchased a "Bad to the Bone Super Black" 2012 Nissan Maxima. Had the car for a couple of days and noticed a gouge in the rear tire and retu 1/29/2016 Purchased a "Bad to the Bone Super Black" 2012 Nissan Maxima. Had the car for a couple of days and noticed a gouge in the rear tire and returned to the dealership where the (GM) Charles Schmitt said he would change it out with a new tire. I returned as of today 2/8/2015 because it was the most convenient time for me. The all of service staff (service, salesmen, mechanics, finance manager, general manager) was friendly and acknowledge my presence even when I wasn't looking at them, even the mechanics were asking me how I was doing. Charles Schmitt has been a straight shooter with me since I first walked in the door and attentive every time he past letting me know how far along they were on the service. Even had the car washed and I said that was not necessary because it was raining out side but Charles said he loves clean cars. I have to point out I usually see staff put on seat cover and floor sheets to protect from any stains and dirt they may track in but it was the first time I've ever seen a shop put steering wheel plastic covers. That was a very nice touch of service quality to protect the interior. More

This is the closest dealership to my residence spoke with them on Tuesday and Wednesday about issues I was having with my car. The service manager Tony said they would be available to pick my car up Friday morning. Friday comes and no pick up!! I call to speak with them and they completely change the store saying they thought I meant I would be dropping it off frustrated because I need the service done I ask when is their next earliest. He explains he can't pick it up till Monday then states if it's only the brakes I don't have to bring it an Infiniti dealership because after all I do drive an infiniti I can take it somewhere else to have the work done. First who makes a mistake and instead of rectifying the problem suggest that you take your car to Gates Chevy World to have your repairs done. I wouldn't want anybody working for my company that suggests you go to the competition for repairs. Very disappointed More
