HE SAYS WILL HOLD FOR 48 HOURS SO I CAN CHECK OTHER FINANCE OPTIONS, AFTER RUNNING CREDIT, APPRAISING TRADE-IN, AND OFFERING RATE. I LEFT A $500.00 DEPOSIT TO HOLD VEHICLE. I CALLED ERICA DITTMIRE THIS MORNING, ON 4/1/21 TO MAKE A 2:30 APPMT TO COME IN. MY HUSBAND AND I GOT THERE AT 2:30, WENT INTO HER OFFICE AND SHE SAYS THE JAGUAR WAS SOLD LAST NITE ON 3/31/21. I EXPLAINED THE HOLD WAS 48 HOURS NOT 24. SHE ARGUED WITH ME. SHE THEN SHOWED ME AN AUDI, AFTER I ASKED FOR MY CHECK BACK! THE 48 HOUR HOLD WAS IN MEMO SECTION OF CHECK! I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER, SHE SAYS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS WAS A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT JAGUARS, AND KEPT REMINDING ME OF THAT. I THANK GOD FOR BLOCKING THIS CONTRACT! I WILL MAKE SURE TO REMIND MY FRIENDS TO NOT WASTE ANY TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME! THAT WAS A JOB WELL DONE! More

After selling that I only had for 2 years and 6,000 miles I am entitled to a ref Purchased a used car form Berman Infiniti with an extended warranty. After selling that I only had for 2 years and 6,000 miles I am entitled to a refund of the unused portion of the warranty. After more than 3 months of back and forth with the finance director Nate Swanson still no refund! Initially I was told I would receive my refund in 2 to 3 weeks. Every time I call to speak with Mr. Swanson he is always busy and will return my call which he never does. Frustrated after 2 months of lies I contacted the warranty company and they said they had not heard from Berman Infiniti of Merrillville and that would cancel my policy and send the cancellation to the dealership so that they could process my refund. A month later spoke with Mr. Swanson after calling using a different last name (since he is always with a customer if I call using my real name). To his surprise he now had to answer what is up with my refund? Mr. Swanson promised me my refund was completed and would be mailed in a couple of days. That was a month ago still no refund! Tried calling weeks later still unavailable with no callbacks or emails. Do not purchase a car, a warranty or Gap ins. from this dealership. They are good at getting you money but when it comes down to refunds and good customer service they are terrible! Kirkwood More
