My experience started with an online search and a phone call. I spoke with John Werts about a 2016 Genesis. I explained that I lived 4 hours away and had lots of questions before making a drive down, thankfully John had lots of patience and answers for me. He was basically my eyes on the vehicle and did a complete vehicle inspection while I was on the phone. He was always quick to respond to a text and worked hard for someone 4 hours away that he had never met. I made the drive, found the Genesis to be exactly as he said and a deal was made. I also found John to be a very honest, no sales gimmick type guy, which is at the top of my list when buying a car. Don't hesitate to go see him and his team at Patriot, he'll take care of you. More
