I had an appointment for 830 to change oil & to have them check a leak on front driver side wheel well. After taking 1.5 hrs to change the oil they said they didn't see a leak on rear drivers side wheel well check a leak on front driver side wheel well. After taking 1.5 hrs to change the oil they said they didn't see a leak on rear drivers side wheel well. They didn't even bother to look anywhere else. They offered to put it back in to look at it but I didn't have any extra time as the oil change shouldn't have taken that long. More

The lady at the service center gets five stars she was great, and seemed as frustrated as I am. The dealership however, You can go to this dealership if you wanna get ripped off. they over charged me for great, and seemed as frustrated as I am. We aren’t talking a little over charge, the asking price for the car on the patriot website was 21,900 before taxes and fees the price in my paperwork before taxes and fees 26,000. I get it they are commission based, however I work in a service industry and my job is hospitality need another example of how they have none? When I test drove the car it shook and I told them I wanted the car if they could fix the issue, they kept my car for almost two weeks beforeI finally got a message that my car was ready when I arrived at the dealership they couldn’t find my car, how on earth do you misplace an entire car? so I had too yet again wait. Once I finally got my car I realized that the issue was never fixed, the same exact day I took the car home I messaged about the issue and several times after every time I messaged someone from the dealership to get the issue fixed starting the day I took the car home no one would respond and now they are telling me that it’s my problem. i guess lucky for me they didn’t charge me the $26,000 that they tried to in the beginning but instead I got a 21,900 piece of junk. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! More
