I recently bought a 2018 Ford Mustang on Thursday, February 16 17th somewhere around there drove it for possibly a week and I took it in because it was making a grinding noise and the person in the se February 16 17th somewhere around there drove it for possibly a week and I took it in because it was making a grinding noise and the person in the service department had me there for two hours and if they were going to do this we do that. I’ve been driving for maybe two days and it’s still making a grinding noise and telling me I will just bring it in on Monday and I was not gonna wait because I wasn’t gonna rent the car up anymore than it was. I bring it in on my pretty sure March 4 and I hardly get anything back at all from the service department if I want any kind of answers questions answered I have to call them had it for longer the service department has had it longer than what I have been able to drive. If inspections would’ve been done properly like you were supposed to do we wouldn’t be in the situation and then I get loaner cars because I traded my car in for the car that I had and every time I get a loaner car it is on E! and gas it’s stupid expensive and when they get them back cars that I was driving I have Super take up and then the black car that I have is a total piece of crap excuse my language. Also every time I call to try to get an update I get to run around and saying that they could possibly have my car for a month or even longer and my payment is due in April and so you expect me to pay my first payment when I don’t even have my vehicle so I need to find out what’s going on with that also because this is ridiculous More
