Our tires were supposed to be rotated and I know for a fact they were not and called the service department about and was blown off. Just like when we bought the van it was supposed to be detailed and after 3 days it still hadn’t been done. Then we get it and are informed that the detailer never had time so it got a quick wipe down with something that made every surface slippery. So just more lies and bad business I’ve come to expect. They were busy. Didn't answer my call after trying for several hours for 3 days and asking the receptionist to have them return my call..never happened. Tried to call and get appt. ..put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Happened again so went online and made appt for Sat at 10:30am. Last text rec'd on Thursday to check in. Checked in Sat morning before I left Tulsa. Got there around 10:15am and service guy said no appt. In the system. When I went to find the confirmation email, there was an automated email at 10:12am showing my appt. Canceled. No reason listed. Service guy said the online system doesn't work right sorry but we are booked up. I can try and fit you in but will take at least an hour or more. I had driven all the way from Tulsa so had no choice but to wait. Also he acted like I was lying about the appointment being made. To their credit though, they did get me out of there by 11:30. Still not happy with my appt. Being canceled and the way I was treated. Also as they had not done the 19.95 additive EVERY oil change and had just done it the previous one, I was not prepared money wise for that this visit so had to decline. He said nothing about that having anything to do with my Engines for Life coverage but noticed on the receipt that it said I "declined Engines for Life"? Bring back Robert's!!! Not happy with this new dealership since it became Patriot. This is 3rd vehicle I have purchased...most likely will go elsewhere when I'm ready for another just because of these issues. More
