I came to this dealership late one night and Gerald Asbill was the only salesman to greet me. I was just wanting a business card for the service department because I was leaving my Jeep there. Since then, he has been our guy. And is always helpful. I just love the service department there too. We have to take our truck in every other month for an oil change and they find a place in the schedule to get us in and out. I recommended this dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle or good service department. More

I have had to bring my suburban in 5 times now since I bought it in May. It is there now due to the engine light coming on again for the 4th time I believe. I keep being told its a glitch then I asked if bought it in May. It is there now due to the engine light coming on again for the 4th time I believe. I keep being told its a glitch then I asked if it was even fully checked when Patriot got the vehicle and come to find out he was not, that they only had a oil change done on it when Patriot took it in as a trade. There has been several other issues also. Im actually waiting to here from Blain in the service dept right now was suppose to yesterday evening and never have yet. I have never been given a other car to drive any of the times I have had it in there to be worked on. So I have a vehicle I am paying for that I cant even drive or go anywhere because of the fear of breaking down and I always have small children with me so dont really want to be left on the side of the road.Another issue was our salesman Gerald when I firat started having to call about the problems I could never get him or he would never return my calls. I even had his persinal cellphone number and he said call me anytime and did and never could get him. I just expect to be treated like Im someone important to your business because I came to your business just like anyone else and purchased a vehicle and whether I paid cash or have to make a monthly payment I am just as important as the next customer. And once the sale is made a customer should be ignored and not still get service. More
