Service was timely. That’s the only good. There was an additional charge for an engine treatment we were not made aware of until we paid. Our tires were supposed to be r That’s the only good. Our tires were supposed to be rotated and I know for a fact they were not and called the service department about and was blown off. Just like when we bought the van it was supposed to be detailed and after 3 days it still hadn’t been done. Then we get it and are informed that the detailer never had time so it got a quick wipe down with something that made every surface slippery. So just more lies and bad business I’ve come to expect.
