We would have given higher points hut we had an appointment they were late even though we were on time and it was just tires, but it took 4 hours. The dealership has no leadership. My vehicle was not fixed but I paid for it. I took it to another dealership to get the same repairs redone. So no one was available to do anything with the truck. If I left the truck they would see what they could do next week. I didn’t feel confident that they would do anything. They didn’t feel confident in their team. I’ve purchased 3 trucks at a time from this location. We have close to 30 vehicles. Our company is no longer allowed to take a vehicle to this dealership.
