No communication and horrible service. I was there for 6 hours with no communication about what was going on. This was for an oil change, tire rotation and software update. After 3 hours I I was there for 6 hours with no communication about what was going on. This was for an oil change, tire rotation and software update. After 3 hours I inquired about what was going on and was told that the person dealing with my account had left and no one knew but they would let me know. 3 hours later I finally got my vehicle returned to me after complaining to the manager. They sold me a truck that needed a motor. I took it back and they would just do an oil consumption test. Statesville Ford told me it was something else besides oil test it would cost me $1200 I took it back and they would just do an oil consumption test.
