Service was good, but my oil change was suppose to be my second free one, but didn’t honor that said it had been over a year. I took my truck in for service repair, they advised nothing was wrong. But I had my truck looked at by another trained mechanic and was told the rear end and front end going out. They were very helpfu nothing was wrong. But I had my truck looked at by another trained mechanic and was told the rear end and front end going out. They were very helpful and polite and said every test came back good. But after picking it up that night driving to Tulsa it was making a loud noise in the rear end line grinding sound. Anthony loaned me a vehicle which I appreciated very much. I think either the mechanic didn’t do his job or something. I haven’t even made the first payment on it. Two weeks and already having issues. They said it was the oversized tires. I just want it noted that I have a serious concern. I feel I need to take it to another dealership to get their opinion? More

Terrible experience. I was assured a deal so I took off work and drove the 6 hour total trip only to have them tell me they couldn't help me after all. The service department took 3 hours to perform a routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Now my truck has a wheel vibration that it didn't before. Then I was ghosted by the sales manager when I expressed my frustration with the experience. The salesperson who tried to help me, Tony was the only decent part of the experience. He seemed to genuinely care and I appreciated that. I don't recommend going to Patriot Dodge, Jeep, etc of Pryor, OK if you're car shopping. More

The dealership knew we were coming but we still had to wait inside for at least 25 minutes before anyone helped us.
