The finance manager does not follow up on any conversations, as he said he would. Sales manager promised that finance would follow up, did not happen! It's all done now! Would not buy again and would not recommend, makes me have doubts on how much I go

We had a 2022 Ram Promaster that needed an engine. Our local dealer could not locate a new engine and were way out of line on the cost of a used engine and kept avoiding quoting us on labor for the jo Our local dealer could not locate a new engine and were way out of line on the cost of a used engine and kept avoiding quoting us on labor for the job. Patriot had a new engine in stock and Ashley got a labor quote while I was on the phone with her. She was easy to work with and always found an answer/update on our vehicle when I called. I believe I spoke with James in part (I might be wrong on his name) when I started looking for options to get the van back on the road. He was helpful and knew the answers to my questions or knew who to ask if it was something he wasn’t completely sure of. More
