I bought a used truck from them on August 10, 2024, under the assumption that it had undergone a “121-point inspection” and was safe for the road. Unfortunately, that could not be further from the truth. First, I didn’t receive the necessary paperwork to title and register the vehicle for **over a month**, which caused significant inconvenience. But the real issue came when I brought the truck in for a mandatory safety inspection in Missouri, and it **failed due to critical safety issues with the ball joints**—a defect that could have led to a serious accident or even death had I continued driving it. When I contacted the dealership about the failed inspection, I was initially offered **only half** of the repair costs. Given the severity of the defect, this felt like a dismissive response. After pushing for them to take full responsibility for selling me a truck that wasn’t safe, they refused to cover any of the costs and **hung up on me**. This is not the level of customer service, accountability, or integrity you would expect from any dealership, let alone one that claims to inspect its vehicles thoroughly before sale. I trusted this dealership to provide me with a safe, reliable vehicle, but that trust has been completely shattered.
