Wonderful Job from The Service Department on 4-20-19! As always, the people in the service department are absolutely wonderful -- not only in the job they did on my Buick Envision I purchased new in Decem As always, the people in the service department are absolutely wonderful -- not only in the job they did on my Buick Envision I purchased new in December 2017, but in changing the oil and putting in a new filter, and inspecting it overall! I dealt with Ryan and Chase -- and I do not know who all did the work, but I am truly grateful. Ryan is so GREAT -- friendly and warm and helpful personality! Wow! And Chase is super GREAT guy, too! Mark Sparlin sent the reminder on my car to me, and he is fantastic too! So is Jeff -- terrific guy that replaced the battery in my key FOB. And Kathy is so kind and helpful when she answers the phone and transfers me to whatever I need. She is so sweet! I am sincerely grateful to all of these people, and I wish I knew the names of the guys that checked over my car and updated it with the oil and filter change. Superior job! Thank you all! More

the new people in the service dept are very nice The only thing that I missed was the sheet that told me what they checked when doing the service work. I usually get a paper on my console that tells The only thing that I missed was the sheet that told me what they checked when doing the service work. I usually get a paper on my console that tells what they checked and if anything was wrong ? So I just would like to know if they still give us those sheets because I keep those for records. I have always gotten this sheet and felt better knowing that these things were checked on. Thank you and I do appreciate their hard work! More
