They were not interested in helping me. I had an electrical issue and they didn’t want to deal with it. I went to another dealer. The last 2 times I came here for an oil change it's been very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. I waited until 10:30am then went and asked the service department very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. The attendant said he was sorry, and it would be another 5 minutes. So almost 2 hours for an oil change is completely unsatisfactory. Absolutely no communication from the service department.
