While the work done is correct and the diagnosis is accurate, the pricing is exceptionally high. The 10 minute test drive averages price is $10/minute. After conversation with the Service Manager I was afforded a a $180 "in store" credit, when a refund would have been proper. This is the second time in the past two months where I have challenged the prices charged and was afforded $180 credit for each. my recommendation for the service center is based on limited availability for service and parts in the area.
