They wanted to charge us tax on rebates, and lied in telling us that the "Doc Fee" was state mandated. When we calculated the monthly payment, which any idiot can do online, their payment was always higher. It's just basic math!!! They were friendly yes, but who isn't when their taking advantage of you. If you are going into Patriot, bring a calculator, your accountant, and your 8th grade math teacher too. More

He took the time to understand what I wanted, and needed, and made sure that we found the right truck, at the right price, that fit my needs perfectly. I was a little apprehensive upgrading from a Subaru Legacy to a large truck, but felt very comfortable at the dealership. Jay and Dalton (Sales Manager) were very friendly and helpful in explaining everything during the whole process. I went in not understanding leasing, and both took a great deal of time ensuring I understood and was comfortable. Post delivery, I had some service issues that required a few trips back, and Brandon (Adviser) and Jim (Technician) worked diligently to ensure the problems were fixed. If you stick with Brandon in service, you'll be golden! More

Neither I nor they were ready to deal with an out-of-state licensed driver/plate. However, they went above the call of duty to help ameliorate the situation quickly. After finding a few minor issues with the new vehicle, they made diagnosis and repairs quickly. All the staff was friendly. I'll likely buy another vehicle from Patriot. More
Service and Service Manager my son's car was not idling correctly and he was recommended to this dealership and they got him in with in two days. When he got there they did a tes my son's car was not idling correctly and he was recommended to this dealership and they got him in with in two days. When he got there they did a test and determined that it was mass air sensor they changed it and when he was sitting in the car in there parking lot it was worse then when he took it there after spending $408.00. The mechanic Tom and service writer Mary came out and they took the car back in put the old parts back on the car and Mary said "we will refund your money" and Tom told my son "I am not working on that piece of xxxx" and that his inspection was up and that the car was a hazard. But put the old parts back on and refund his money. Well here it is a MONTH later and guess what NO REFUND. My son has called every week and the service manager Joe said "I mailed you a check" well a month later I am still waiting for this check. Now when my son calls they will not even put the service manager on the phone they try to say "I'll give you to Mary" or oh "joe is on the phone or he is not in" my son borrowed the money from me to get his car fixed and now I am out of $408.00. He should have been given a refund right then and there. Now since we have not got our refund and no attempts of this service manager even taking the calls from my son. After a month of waiting for my $408 I guess you can say they stole this money from me not even my son. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I went in to Fred Beans Chevy to look at a used WRX that was on their lot. I stood outside going over the exterior of the car for 5-10 minutes with no help. Not a big deal. So I went inside to find a salesp was on their lot. I stood outside going over the exterior of the car for 5-10 minutes with no help. Not a big deal. So I went inside to find a salesperson to help me, and met Tom. I told him what I was there for and that I wanted to take it on a test drive. He looked me over skeptically and asked "wanted to let me know" that it had a manual transmission. I had already told him what my trade in would be and if he had been competent enough at his job he would have known that a Civic SI is a 6-speed... I told him I knew that and that was one of the things I was looking for in a car as well as it being AWD. He then asked me for my info so that I would be able to drive it. He came back saying that he needed to make sure I was even eligible to buy it before I could drive it (something I have never experienced- and I have bought several cars from dealerships). He wanted to know my income/co-signer info and address as I have a WV plate. He then asked if I knew about the WRX's and if I knew that they had "power" and "speed". I felt that he was being condescending toward me being a female with both the manual transmission and this comment. I told him I've been in the market for them for a while, but I am picky on what I buy. He must have changed his mind, as he went to go get the keys for the car, but not before saying "you better not beat it up". FIRST of all, I was looking to buy the car- why would I "beat" it up? SECOND of all- had I not been 21, I feel he never would have made the idiotic comment. He even went so far as to get the car out of the spot and up to the front of the building before saying that I could not take the car out that day... Very confusing. He said that I would have to make an appointment to come back if I wanted to test drive it. I told him that it would be quite fine, and that I would take my business elsewhere. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY FRED BEANS AUTO, even if they had the last car available. I advise anyone else to do the same. I was not the only unhappy person there, as a couple sitting at a sales desk behind me during this was also complaining and talking about leaving to take their business elsewhere. More
