Chase and Ryan did a great job on getting me scheduled and getting the car in and out. Even though I told Ryan when I dropped the car off there was no rush. The only issue I saw was after I got back from my trip I popped the hood and there was a couple of oil spots on the engine cover, a little oil on the radiator fan right in front of the oil filter and oil spilled on the front frame just below the oil filter, maybe the technician just had a real bad day - which we all have. Would I take my vehicles back? I would in a hart beat without a second thought. Would I recommend the service department to others? I sure would. More

I know its a salesmans job to make the sale but our sales guy was dismissive of my preferences in a vehicle. We walked in telling him we had no money to put down, wanted a payment of 300-350/mo, 400 at the v guy was dismissive of my preferences in a vehicle. And he has us test drive a car that is out of our price range then proceeds negotiations where monthly payment started in the 500s. When I tried to ask again about a similar cheaper vehicle i had seen online he just said it was an ugly color and moved on even though i told him i was not as concerned about color as the price. I dont think he even once mentioned the price of the car during the sale which is very misleading. I know we could have asked these questions but everyone knows that buying a car is stressful enough and at the time we came in we had been needing a new car for a couple months and were just trying to get into a new vehicle. I understand also that it was a big sale gling on when we were there but it also took 4 hours from the time we walked in and walked out which also wore us down because we just wanted to get out of there. I have only bought 2 cars now in my life and I will definitely be more prepared next time to not get so pushed into something I dont want I guess. More
