Worst experience in my life as far as car buying goes. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we got to your finance person Ben’s office. I picked up my purse to leave because at this point I was done. I said Never mind I will go somewhere else! This seemed to make him more upset and at that time he told me if I would calm down he would see what he could do. We start walking across the dealership floor and he’s yelling at us while walking to what I assume is the managers office. We left and the salesman called us saying his manager said we could have it for the 19k. I said no thank you. Went the very next day to Jim Glover and bought a car! The difference in customer service was night and day! I will tell everyone I know to never use Patriot. More

We did not work with Killian. Everyone we worked with though was great except the finance person. He could not explain numbers or where they came from and had very poor communication in that he said he w though was great except the finance person. So, my husband took time away from his locations/job sites to check mail in town two days in a row that was never even sent.
