Literally the worst experience I've had buying a car. Put a deposit on a new truck, they sold the truck out from under me. During the 10 days I waited for the truck to arrive only for them to tell me Put a deposit on a new truck, they sold the truck out from under me. During the 10 days I waited for the truck to arrive only for them to tell me it was sold to someone else, I tried to get information about a tonneau cover, wheels, tires and a lift through them and they would never call me back! Is this because they already knew it was going to someone else? Was told they would try to find me another truck. I had to call to find out they couldn't find one. They NEVER call you back. At that point, I said give me the deposit back and I'll move on. The manager told he would do it immediately. Five days later I called because I hadn't received the money. Only to be told that he never issued the refund, because they do not keep the CC's on file. The day I finally get them to process the refund on the deposit they call and say they can sell me the truck! Just laughable. Shockingly poor business practices across the board. Needless to say, I would not recommend, nor will I ever return. More
