The pros: the price was fair The cons: the communication was horrible. I dropped my truck off in the morning to get new tires, alignment, hitch connection checked, and oil changed. I tried to call at 3:20pm to see if the car was ready, left 2 voicemails, and finally got ahold of someone an hour and half later. I had to call 8 times. If you don’t mind waiting and never hearing anything this is the spot for you. I was never told about a 3% charge if using a credit card to pay. After spending $1200 I got that nice surprise when I could have easily brought my checkbook to avoid that cost. When I got home I noticed that the oil change sticker had not been replaced nor had the oil life been reset on my truck. I had to double check with the service department to make sure the oil had been changed. These are the most simple things to fix (Communication, change a sticker, reset the oil life). More

Given the name and all the American flags flying, you would think they would make an effort to deliver decent service to military Veterans. However, the service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ve been attempting since August 2024 to get a seatbelt replaced, and despite numerous promises that I would be contacted when the part arrived, I’ve had to constantly follow up myself (both prior to Patriot’s purchase of Bob Moore and after) only to be told it still hasn’t arrived. I even prepaid over $400 for the service! January 2nd, 2025–still no part. I asked for a refund out of sheer frustration, and now the Service Manager says they can’t refund my credit card and will have to issue a check instead which will further delay me seeking seatbelt repair with an alternative place.
