After meeting Mr Ryan Scott for the first time as my new service advisor, I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with how he handled my service repair for my Chrysler 300. He did a very good job on work service advisor, I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with how he handled my service repair for my Chrysler 300. He did a very good job on working on how to make things much easier for me as a customer to apply a 15% discount and to work with my extended warranty insurance. Ryan is very knowledgeable and very intelligent when it comes to caring for your car service. I hope to see him in the near future I think he's going to make a great employee and will be a great asset to CDJR. I had a really nice experience with him and all of the people I encountered. The vehicle was taken in under a business name. So. I understand making a profit!! But not being GOUGED!!!!! I was charged $222.25, for two fuel filters. That I find could be purchased So. I understand making a profit!! But not being GOUGED!!!!! I was charged $222.25, for two fuel filters. That I find could be purchased for 1/6 th of that price. After talking to people in other dealerships, This seams to be the normal, in today’s world. I will not be back to any dealership!!!!! And will spread the word!!!!!!! Some try to tell us it’s the grocers are the ones doing the gouging. They are in the wrong area. Let’s all help to lead them in the right direction!!!!!!!! Thx. For giving me the opportunity to voice my opinion. PS. Please don’t come back, and tell me that’s what it takes to run the dealerships. Experience from sale transfer to first service has been an incompetence scale that I have never delt with in purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Received email stating that vehicle was ready for pick up af an incompetence scale that I have never delt with in purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Received email stating that vehicle was ready for pick up after on line purchase. Upon arrival, vehicle had not been delivered to lot. Five hours driving to dealership wasted. Dealership then derived vehicle few days later. Delivery drive knew nothing of how vehicle options worked and left black hand prints on roof liner. 1800 miles later, numerous service lights came on. Took to dealership by appointment. Pulled into their service lane. Stopped and got out to ask what ot do. Was told to pull forward and I would be greeted and info take. Puled forward to exit door and nothing. Parked and got out. Four guys standing and talking that I finally interrupted to get the vehicle checked in. Left call number for when vehicle was ready for pick up. Two days later, I called dealer and they said vehicle was ready for pick up. No call received.. Upon arrival, was asked if I was contacted by dealership on vehicle, told them no. I was then questioned as to why I was there if I had not received a call. Told them I called them to get update and was told it was ready. Drove vehicle less then 1 mile and all service lights again came on. Took to another dealership. Told me there was a break pedal sensor that was out and that was causing the issues. Patriot said it was a calibration issues. I will never go back to this dealership for anything again.
