I felt pressured and pushed by the salesmen. They test drove my truck and had to ask 3 times before they gave me my keys back. I call to ask a question about my truck’s service. Between two guys making fun of an online application, one guy vaping in the open everybody eating out in the open they could’ve ate at their work station, the front desk guy not in getting off the phone for guy vaping in the open everybody eating out in the open they could’ve ate at their work station, the front desk guy not in getting off the phone for any reason. I’m not recommending this place to anybody. On top of that I came in for an oil change for a $75 oil change and ended up paying a little over 100. No I won’t be back. More

Appointment wasn’t honored. I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistak I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistakes along with not honoring the online appointment. I switched to Chris nickel. It’s cheaper and they tell me I have different parts than what you tried to charge me for. More

The pros: the price was fair The cons: the communication was horrible. I dropped my truck off in the morning to get new tires, alignment, hitch connection checked, and oil changed. I tried to call at 3:20pm to see if the car was ready, left 2 voicemails, and finally got ahold of someone an hour and half later. I had to call 8 times. If you don’t mind waiting and never hearing anything this is the spot for you. I was never told about a 3% charge if using a credit card to pay. After spending $1200 I got that nice surprise when I could have easily brought my checkbook to avoid that cost. When I got home I noticed that the oil change sticker had not been replaced nor had the oil life been reset on my truck. I had to double check with the service department to make sure the oil had been changed. These are the most simple things to fix (Communication, change a sticker, reset the oil life). More
