I took my 2009 Town Country Van in for oil change and had my tires rotated, my dealing with Fermon was very professional and helpful. Fermon was also very helpful when I brought my 2008 Dodge pickup in for t my tires rotated, my dealing with Fermon was very professional and helpful. Fermon was also very helpful when I brought my 2008 Dodge pickup in for the same type of work. I also took the time to meet Mike Sullivan Internet Manager who took the time to visit with me as well as respond to my suggection on the Internet. Like Fermon, Mike was very professional.
