Worst Service Department Ever! Since Management has changed over and new staff they provide horrible service. I’ve been a 25 year Customer and Since it’s change over to Bob Moore it has been the WORST. changed over and new staff they provide horrible service. I’ve been a 25 year Customer and Since it’s change over to Bob Moore it has been the WORST. My vehicle currently is there AFTER I’ve paid $800 to get my car fixed, brought it TIGHT back because it started running hot as soon as I left the shop, Now saying a gasket was blown knowing they Caused it. I’ve been WITHOUT a Vehicle for OVER 2 weeks and did NOT even offer me a loaner vehicle until they fixed what they damaged. I’m having to call them to check on the status of my vehicle and it’s a different story each time I call. They do NOT care about the customers. They just want you to spend MONEY. It’s all about MONEY with Bob Moore. They do NOT know anything about customer loyalty. I miss the old East Tulsa Dodge. It was way more professional, friendly, and they were very honest if they made a mistake they fixed it instead of trying to put the fault on the customer. I’ve contacted the corporate headquarters about my issues and I am going to continue telling my story because it needs to be heard. Do NOT take your car there. It will end up with MORE ISSUES than what you originally took it in there for. But I will get results! More
