I had a great experience today at Bob Moore Chrysler. Their shuttle driver even took me to the mall and picked me up after the movie and everybody in the service department was really nice. Very honest!!! Not trying to get you to have service/maintenance done on your vehicle that is not needed. Ryan went the "extra step" and was very helpful!! I thought that I needed a key to my service/maintenance done on your vehicle that is not needed. Ryan went the "extra step" and was very helpful!! I thought that I needed a key to my Chrysler 300 replaced, so I went in and he could have very easily just charged me the $200 and gave me a new key, but instead he opened my key and repaired it, for FREE. It is so nice to receive service and be made to feel like people actually care these days and both of these techs did a GREAT JOB!! KUDOS TO BOB MOORE DODGE!! More
