I just got home awhile ago from having my first free service at 6 months on my new 2020 Dodge Challenger . My serviceman was Russ, he was very friendly and informative. I’ve been here roughly 4 times I. The last year. Every time they have told me, “There’s a recall on your truck, but we do t have the parts. We will let you know when we get the parts in.” Well, a year lat time they have told me, “There’s a recall on your truck, but we do t have the parts. We will let you know when we get the parts in.” Well, a year later, the part finally “broke” and guess what... “We don’t have that part. It’ll be two weeks before we get it in. But you can keep driving your truck. It won’t cause any damage.” I said, “But I can only drive 30 mph!” They said, “That’s ok. It won’t ruin anything.” And sent me on my way! Why haven’t you fixed it in the last year?!?!?! More
The dealers facility was clean and neat the service writer was friendly and effecient. The waiting room is outstanding. It is clean, nice TV, and restrooms are very close and clean inside. Disappointing I've been using Bob Moore Service for my two Ram/Cummins trucks since 2007. My past experience has always been good, but not so this last time. On Mon I've been using Bob Moore Service for my two Ram/Cummins trucks since 2007. My past experience has always been good, but not so this last time. On Monday 2/17/2020 I called to get two minor recalls done and an oil & filter service. I was given an appointment for Friday, 2/21 @ 8:00 AM and showed up promptly. At noon I got a call from Service saying that I also needed fuel filters and a brake fluid flush. I replied that if the tech would have looked at the "Vehicle Information" readout on the dash, he would have seen that the fuel filters registered 90% good. I realize that while "up-selling" is a common practice, it makes no sense to replace a component that is only 10% used. I declined the additional work and asked when the truck would be ready to pick up, and was told 1:30 that afternoon. I heard nothing, so at 3:00 I called and was put on hold and then disconnected. I called the next AM and was told "they are still working on it, I'll check". Then he returned and said "it was ready yesterday, didn't anyone call you?" I said "No, no calls and OK, send your shuttle driver to pick me up"..."Sorry, we don't have a driver on Saturday." I had a friend drive me and picked up the truck. I noticed that they removed the "next service" decal and did not replace it with a new one, and also removed the Costco tire rotation decal, so now I'll have to guess when to rotate the tires. I hope this was a one-time-only glitch, as I've had good results with them in the past. I'll give them one more try before finding another dealer....... More
