I had the clock spring replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. The tech scarred and gouged the plastic shroud around my steering wheel. I also feel the steering wheel was not torqed to the proper specs. I know there are specific tools that are made to prevent damage to plastic interior trim but i guess he decided to use a screwdriver instead. More

They were more concerned about the survey getting filled out than they were about getting our truck fixed and back to us. We never received a call that our vehicle was ready but we got a rude text in all ca out than they were about getting our truck fixed and back to us. I have no issue with the sales staff. When dealing with them, they have been easy to get along with. The service department has been the issue. I made an appointment for a couple items that had not been addressed during the previous service. Dropped my vehicle off at 7 in the morning on a Friday. It took me until the afternoon the following Wednesday to get ahold of Ryan and find out the shop was backed up and my truck hadn’t even made in to diagnosis yet. On two different occasions he had told me he would call back with an update and didn’t. I had also had two other people tell me he would call me back and he didn’t. I understand shops get backed up, but at least have the xxxxx to pick up the phone and tell me. I can accept that. I shouldn’t have to chase him over the phone, over multiple days for him to finally tell me. Because he had not been forthright and upfront, I took my vehicle to another shop. Despite the fact that one of the issues I was having was likely caused by their tech when he was trying to address one of my original concerns. More
