Daniel did a great job taking care of me. I have been very impressed with the service department at Patriot. Long story short, the sales person was not honest with me about the hours and they weren't open when I drove over there. I felt he just wanted me to come to the dealership to pressure me instead of build a relationship. Daniel made things right and scheduled me in the next business day when I'm sure they were already full on appointments. I realize sales and service are separate businesses at dealerships and their service is great! I'm happy to do business with their service departments and feel like I can build a relationship with them. My wife has a brand new Jeep she bought 2 months ago and I have Ram Rebel that I intend to bring to Patriot for any maintenance needs. Thank you! More

I bought a new Ram July 2022. Didn't get a anti-theft tool to remove the anti-theft lug. Had a tire go flat, and didn't have the anti-theft tool to change the flat. I went into the Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa dealership and the staff was rude and refused to remedy the issue. I'm no longer a customer. This staff is not honorable, and I recommend others not to do business with them. More
We needed a new key FOB covered under a warranty. The entire team at Bob Moore Of Tulsa took good care of us. They ordered the part and called me when it arrived.
