I do not recommend using them for recall repairs. I was scheduled a week in advance for 10am, and they even said they had the parts in stock. I got my truck there at the shop by 9:45am and taking off I was scheduled a week in advance for 10am, and they even said they had the parts in stock. I got my truck there at the shop by 9:45am and taking off work to get it situated and fixed. I asked if my truck would be done that day because I would like to not miss work as much as possible. I had a recall for an air bag replacement that takes an hour and a half tops if no issues and then the other thing was a pinion nut. I called same day after 5 hours to just get an estimate and noone returned my phone call to give me an updated status. Called after 6pm and the service department was closed with still no valid response to when it would be done. Called the following day at 8am and asked when it would be done and still never got a call back so I went up there at 10am to just retrieve my truck because no communication was happening. They decided to tell me that they have it in the air now working on it and asked me to give them an hour. I kindly obliged. I was respectful. Bobby spoke with me and tried his best to handle the situation but the tech was rude to him. Bobby handled his composure so well, and stepped away getting the service manager involved. I have to applaud Bobby for doing his job and being patient with the tech. I do not recommend this service department for minor things, they tend to tell you what you want to hear but never follow through. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. Hopefully soon they get it in order and take customers needs in thought. I missed a day and a half of work tending to this matter. More
Lee was very helpful with the issue with my Jeep Renegade. I just wish that Jeep would do more about issuing a recall on these known issues with the UConnect systems shutting down.
