The dealership was very professional. I am happy that I was able to have a Patriot Dealership to go to in Tulsa. I purchased in Bartlesville and it would have been difficult to drive to I am happy that I was able to have a Patriot Dealership to go to in Tulsa. The service advisor couldn’t remember my jeep was new and under warranty. No help offered, no manager contact to try to resolve issues! Poor communication and lack of customer service. Immediately had issues with the vehicle. Had the car less than 18 hours and it would not start. Took this dealership more than 15 phone calls and 3 days to get a call back. Ended up using a mobile mechanic service after 6 days of this car sitting in my driveway not starting and this dealership not doing anything. Half the time I called no one would even answer the phone. The vehicle was purchased for my 17 year old granddaughter, who happened to be with me every step of the way, and was not a good first experience buying a vehicle. Would never recommend this dealership. I will say the only person I would ever want to deal with at this facility is the service department manager, Brian. More
They did good work for a good price. My only issue is the 3% fee for payment with cards. This was my first time going to Patriot. I recently moved back to Tulsa to find most dealers had moved to the far burbs. Patriot is very convenient and the people there were very friendly I recently moved back to Tulsa to find most dealers had moved to the far burbs.
